ON-LINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY

What is Foot Solutions' Online Return Policy?
For every foot, there's a solution. If your order isn't quite right, we will gladly accept returns of your unworn or defective items within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund (minus shipping charges).

How Can I return an Online Purchase
First, please contact Customer Service at (800) 931-1339 for return instructions.  Please have your sales order number or invoice number available.

Non-damage returns must be within 30 days of your original order date.  Merchandise must be in its original packaging, and unworn.

Return shipping address and other information will be provided when you speak to our Customer Service Representative. 

A credit to the credit card originally used for purchase will be applied after we receive your returned product. 

Please note that footsolutions.com purchases may only be returned via the above process, not to Foot Solutions retail locations.
