If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Regularly priced items are available for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in an unblemished, unused condition, with all packaging. No marks, scratches, blemishes, toe prints. Noene returns may be worn and cut within the 30 day period.
All returns require an RMA authorization from us, which you can request by contacting email@example.com. Please ship returns, including RMA form, to the address listed on the RMA form.
Any returns received without the RMA form or shipped to the wrong address will not be accepted and returned to you. Items returned must be in like new condition.
Sale items are final sale.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you within 5 business days that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card within 5 business days. It may take up to 30 days for you to receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies. Any discounts or special offers (including free shipping) applied to your original purchase will be deduced from your refund.
